A Great Dragon Temple is a vast, 100-floor series of inter-connected spires that serves as a headquarters for the Dragon Confederation's government, both in peace and during war. Built in the center of only the most heavily-defended cities, These buildings Are surrounded by extensive gardens, and feature numerous hangars, stain-glass windows, inter-connecting bridges, and a glass-domed meeting chamber.
