the Atlantian Undersea Complex is a sub-structure of the earth-bound civilization of Atlantis, and was subsequently nearly abandoned following a sudden rise in sea-levels following the last Ice-Age. the complex is actually several levels, one of which origionally served as the building's foundation. after being submerged, this level became the seat of the city's govenment, thereby sparing it from inevitable distruction, carried out in the 28th century by the illuminati.
